If your pet has been allowed in during business hours

The on-call veterinary surgeon and licensed veterinary nurse (RVN) are tasked with providing overnight in-patient care. Your pet's comfort is monitored during the night by a student veterinary nurse (SVN) on duty.

Daily routine inspections for in-patients occur after hours, specifically from 23:00 to 00:00. Additionally, extra checks are conducted at 19:00 on Saturdays and Sundays. In cases where additional checks or monitoring are necessary, the veterinary surgeon collaborates with the on-call SVN and RVN to organize and allocate responsibilities.
